alone or together with others, determines the purposes and tools of the processing of personal data.

1.3 For security reasons and for the transmission of personal data and other confidential content, this website uses RSA encryption. Encrypted transmission can be recognized by the browser bar, where the site address is preceded by "https://" and the padlock icon.

2) Data collection when visiting our website

With purely informational use of our website, i.e. without registering or

transmit information in any other way, only the data transmitted by the browser is tracked

of the user to our server (so-called "server log files"). When you access our website,

we collect the data technically necessary for viewing the site itself, that is:

which page was visited, date and time at the time of access, size of data sent in Bytes,

source/reference from which the user came to the site, browser used, operating system used,  IP address used (possibly in anonymized form). 

The processing takes place in accordance with the art. 6 c.. 1 let. f GDPR on the basis of our legitimate interest in improving the stability and functionality of our website. And the transfer or any other use of the data is excluded. However, should concrete indications of illicit use emerge, we reserve the right to check the server log files at a later time.

To make visiting our website more interesting and to enable the use of certain functions, on

some pages we use so-called "cookies" or small text files that are saved on the

user's computer. Some of the cookies we use are automatically deleted at the end of the

browsing session when the browser is closed (so-called session cookies).

4) Making contact

If you contact us (e.g. via the contact form or by e-mail), the collection of your data will take place.

personal data. The personal data collected when completing the contact form are indicated on

module itself. This data is stored and used exclusively to respond to requests

of the user, to contact him and for related technical operations. Legal basis for the

data processing is our legitimate interest in responding to your requests in accordance

to the art. 6 c. 1 letter f of the GDPR. If the user's contact is aimed at

conclusion of a contract, a further legal basis for data processing is provided by art. 6 c. 1 letter b of the GDPR. Once the request has been processed, the user's data will be deleted. This will only happen once

once the content of the request has been definitively clarified, and provided that there are no legal obligations relating to data retention.
