La gestione familiare rende un luogo meraviglioso ed estremamente pulito ancor più piacevole e pregno d'amore. È stato un soggiorno breve, certamente torneremo per più giorni. Incantevole il panorama, le stanze, e i dolci preparati dalla proprietaria.
Superb brand new and very clean structure, very chic and tasteful rooms with wonderful shower. Very well-kept outdoor spaces with large new swimming pool. Excellent and varied breakfast on the terrace overlooking the sea and swimming pool. Family-run structure excellently managed by Viviana and her mother who receive you with all the attention possible. We had a very good time, just like at home.
I was welcomed in a very hospitable and warm way by Viviana, her mother and her brother. Very attentive to needs. Family atmosphere, brand new and refined location, furnished with taste and attention to detail that recalls the history of Salento (inaugurated June 2022). Very scrupulous in cleaning the rooms, common areas and the swimming pool. Abundant breakfast on the large terrace with fabulous sea view.
Excellent structure not only for the furnishings of the new rooms and the splendid swimming pool, but Mrs. Loredana with her daughter Viviana will pamper you by serving the rich and abundant breakfast on the veranda of the swimming pool with sea view. The private parking is very useful.
Un posto meraviglioso sia per la posizione che per la struttura. Una pulizia e una cura per il dettaglio degna di un hotel a 5 stelle senza le rigidità di quel tipo di sistemazione. Proprietari sempre disponibili per ogni necessità senza nessuna invadenza. Una vacanza straordinaria oltre ogni aspettativa che non vediamo l'ora di ripetere appena possibile.
From initial contact to checkout, the hosts were polite, welcoming and very accommodating. The BnB is absolutely beautiful, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, the outside areas are immaculate. The pool area looked very relaxing, with shaded loungers. I really felt like I was in their home and felt very relaxed. Now let's move on to breakfast, having stayed in a few properties throughout Italy - this is the BEST BREAKFAST I have eaten; fresh fruit, homemade cakes, bread, meats and cheeses - all homemade and nothing packaged. I could have eaten it all. I highly recommend this BnB to anyone, for couples, families or alone. Thank you for making me feel welcome... I hope to return to you soon.
Unknown paradise!
It's a paradise here. The owners are very sweet, the B&B is beautiful, clean, new and has everything you need. breakfast is delicious and tasty varied. Perfect! The pool is beautiful and has a nice waterfall shower.
In posizione strategica, siamo stati (solo una settimana, troppo poco!) coccolati in un’OASI di verde tropicale, con tanto di piscina dai colori caraibici, camere spaziose e pulitissime, colazioni abbondanti sia salato che dolce (eccezionali le torte di Loredana) in terrazza panoramica. Super top la Famiglia proprietaria e diretta gestrice, sempre disponibile, presente, cortese. Torneremo in Salento, ma solo se ci sarà posto all’Arbor!!!!
We stayed in this wonderful brand new and recently opened B&B (40 days). It was a real surprise for the attention to detail, comfortable and spotless rooms, beautiful bathroom with every comfort, excellent breakfast with homemade cakes and top quality local products.

Se volete staccare dalla vita quotidiana, pensare di essere in paradiso, bisogna andare all'Arbor Exclusive B&B. Loredana, Paolo, Viviana e Giovanni non ti ospitano, ti coccolano!!!
Tutto è curatissimo e creato con gusto!
Si vede che ogni cosa è fatta con passione: dal giardino alle camere (molto comode), alla zona piscina, alla zona merenda ed anche alla zona per stendere costumi ed asciugamani.
La pulizia inoltre è perfetta.
E che dire delle torte di Loredana e la frutta fresca la mattina
Per chi ama il salato ce n'è in abbondanza.
Quindi il mio consiglio è di provare l'Arbor Exclusive B&B.
Ma lasciatemi un posticino....ci devo assolutamente tornare!!!
